BOOTH LOCATION PRIORITY IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.

10’ Wide x 10’ Deep Booth – Includes Piping & Drape (8’ High back Drape – 3’ Side Drape).

Electrical hook-up supplied by Hallenbeck Fieldhouse.

Chairs, Tables, Carpet, etc. can be rented from A & N Convention Services or you can supply your own.

First Booth Purchased Includes 2 Exhibitor Passes – each additional Booth Purchased Includes 1 Additional Pass.

(Show Credentials allow Admittance To Show during Scheduled Move-In Times and 1 Hour Prior to Show Opening on Friday and Saturday)
Additional Exhibitor Passes Are Available in Advance Of Show For $ 25 each.

Vehicles are allowed but will not be driven on the floor, only pushed into place.

All Vehicles must have approved floor covering under heavy contact points.
Premium Vehicle Display Space is available at the South End of the Fieldhouse

Exhibitor Signature and Booth Payment is accepted upon the understanding that Exhibitor agrees to the terms and rules of Promoter as outlined in Vendor Information Packet.

An Application to this Show is a Contractual Agreement.
All money paid is non-refundable.
